THE CALL

About three weeks after you mail your sample, once the lab has your results, we meet for 90 minutes.

First, your results. I walk you through them as if you are my client, so you hear exactly how it sounds and feel what your clients will feel.

Then the SNPs. What each marker means, which ones work together, what sends you to labs, and what to look for under the scope.

Then your business. Your client flow from booking to results, how the appointment runs, and what goes into your intake.
